LasVegasSolarLife.com ("we," "us," "our") is a free educational resource for Las Vegas homeowners considering solar. The site is operated by LasVegasSolarLife.com. We are not a solar installer. We refer interested homeowners to our Preferred Solar Provider.
This policy explains how we handle information collected through lasvegassolarlife.com, including our blog, Solar Decision Blueprint opt-in, and Cash Back application page (together, the "Site").

4. Who We Share Information With
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited cases:
- Preferred Solar Provider (installation partner): if you submit the Cash Back application, we share the information in that application with our Preferred Solar Provider so they can contact you and process the referral. Submitting your name and email for the free Blueprint alone does not send your information to our Preferred Solar Provider or any installer.
- Email service provider: we use Mailchimp to store our subscriber list and send emails.
- Hosting and technology providers: companies that host the Site, process form submissions, or play embedded videos (such as Vimeo) and only act on our behalf.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
- Business transfers: if LasVegasSolarLife.com is involved in a merger, sale, or reorganization, your information may transfer as part of that transaction.
Once your information is with our Preferred Solar Provider, their own privacy policy governs how they use it. We encourage you to review it before applying.
5. About the $500 Cash Back Offer
The $500 Cash Back is offered through our Preferred Solar Provider and is paid after a qualifying installation is completed. Applying is optional. Your information is used to evaluate and track the referral, and the offer's terms and eligibility are set by our Preferred Solar Provider and the applicable agreements, not by this policy.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site and the tools we use may place cookies or similar technologies on your device to keep the Site working, remember preferences, and measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work properly if you do.
